For all Golfers – like you – who would like to learn more about Self-Coaching to lower your handicap and have more fun doing it!

Hosted by JohnPKlein.com, and led by GolfRoseville Teaching Staff and Dr. Glen Albaugh, noted sport psychologist and author of Winning the Battle Within, this workshop will focus on the highly acclaimed book's principles for Self-Coaching consisting of a powerful skill set of tools, which golfers across a wide range of skills levels and ages can apply.

The main event will be an evening seminar on Wednesday, May 28 starting at 7:00pm, as well as an optional, more intimate, small group, hands-on training on Thursday morning, May 29, from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Dr. Albaugh will share his inner-game and self-coaching insights gleamed from decades of collaboration with tour regulars Scott McCarron, Charlie Wi, Spencer Levin, Jeff Brehaut and Kirk Triplett. As an added bonus, learn how Hall of Fame coach Bill Walsh , Seahawks, football coach, Pete Carroll, and Stanford Women’s Volleyball coach, John Dunning, have woven Winning The Battle Within principles into their coaching philosophies.

In this Winning the Battle Within Workshop, you'll experience Dr. Albaugh's revolutionary Self-Coaching concepts and applications including the inner-game trust drills, which lead you to: the perfect swing is simply the one you trust. You’ll learn about the performance package; new approaches to pre, post and in-between shot routines firsthand, which dozens of touring professionals worldwide already utilize.

  8. Learn what the zone is, how to get there and how to stay there over time.
